Refund policy

All products, with the exception of Fine Art & Final Sale items, may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment within a 10-day period from date of receipt. Returned eligible items must be accompanied by a receipt and returned unused, in their original condition and product packaging.

For items returned after 10 days with a receipt, we are happy to issue a store credit for the original amount of purchase. If there is no receipt, we can issue a store credit for the current price at time of return.

Please note - All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@stewarthousepvd.com. Once your return is confirmed, please select a reliable carrier of your choice and ensure the returned item(s) is adequately packaged and insured with tracking. We do not assume responsibility for returned items that arrive damaged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@stewarthousepvd.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at returns@stewarthousepvd.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
